Hey, are you are a hard worker? Putting a lot of effort, tired but not ready to


stop? WOW! Fascinating... right??  NO! No it’s not! I am extremely sorry to say


that you are not on the right track, you are lost and going nowhere. Oh wait! I


am not even lying! I can prove it you and even you will agree by the end of this 


article that word ‘HARD WORK’ is a mere trap and you need to give up doing it!


So,let’s start.. Shall  we?





Have you ever heard that hard work and smart work go hand in hand? You might have…

but believe me, Smart work is the only thing that could ever make you stand out of the

crowd, successful and proud.

Let me explain this to you with an example…

      Imagine you have been asked to hammer a nail into a wall, and you select a nice

clean position on the wall and start hammering. After a few minutes you notice that the

nail hasn't moved in even a little,

and you are not ready to accept that you can’t even hammer a nail into a wall, you keep

hammering the nail for 30 minutes straight and then you realize that the nail has started

bending but did not go into the

wall even a bit.    

      
      Now the one who asked you to hammer the nail arrives, and tells you that he forgot

to tell that the place you where busy hammering the nail actually had an iron beam inside

the wall right there. Now you move the nail a little, hammer it for 2-3 times and

whoopee!! You are done.

      Did you see the difference? Have you started realizing how smart work and hard work

DON’T go hand in hand . Did the smart work you just did needed any hard work? Or was it

just a piece of cake? The second segment of smart work is strategy. If you work without a

strategy or without proper planning, chances of being successful are limited. A proper

planning includes a good understanding of what so ever you are going to do. And it is

quite obvious that proper understanding and a well thought plan will never disappoint

you.

        But, there is another silly but major mistake that people commit here.

What if you have a wooden chair which is the only chair you have, and it’s not in a very

good condition, and your butt hurts each time you sit on it for a long time. Now will you

put a cushion over it to make it comfortable or start planning of making a chair out of

clouds up above in the sky which would be very Comfortable and far away from the

civilization?



        A HUUUGE NO!  .to the second idea right? … Exactly!!!

Strategy does not means to start dreaming of some solution to a problem which is far far

away from reality! You have to be connected to the ground. Your strategies should always

be based upon reality and plans should be based upon understanding the ground level

situations. And this is the biggest difference between hard word and smart work.

     And hey, there is one more very basic, yet the most interesting difference that lies

between smart and hard work. And that is ,where hard work is actually hard, smart work

is the easiest way out.Let me make it easy for you,

          Now if you are a football fan, can playing football for hours be stressful? , if you

like dancing, can dancing for hours be stressful? No, stressful is something that you are

not interested in, something you don’t enjoy doing.  And who the hell can force you to do

something other than your wish? And if you are not enjoying what you are doing, you are

probably on the wrong path dude! You will of course find the task difficult and you will

have to put in a lot of work hard to keep going.

        But to be very frank, if you are smart enough, you will probably stop following the

crowd that guides you to keep struggling because it is what they have done throughout

here lives, OR you will come out with the solution that will turn your boring work into a

fun task! Because Oh! did I mention that smart work gives you the easiest and the

smoothest way out! Yes I did!

          Be careful now, people might get offended by the usage of the word ‘easy’

because hey! There’s nothing easy in this world…! And what you have to do is take a deep

breath, hold yourself together, and the fun part..., ignore them.

                  . Because when your desire and brain collaborate, they form the most deadly

combination ever.

And now ,no one and nothing can ever stop you.
